Women’s Groups

We offer a supportive environment to help women manage the emotional aspects of their life.

In this group, you will learn skills to help reduce stress and learn proven methods on how to better manage your emotions.  Women will share objectives for their lives, identify unhealthy patterns, create clear boundaries in order to develop fulfilling relationships & an overall healthier wellbeing.

We will discuss:

  • Self Care & Compassion
  • Resiliency
  • Family
  • Relationships
  • Friendships & Connectedness
  • Skills to maintain a balance in your life.

Offered on the following days and times:

  • Tuesdays – “BYOL” (Bring Your Own Lunch) 12pm to 1pm
  • Saturdays – 10:00am to 11:30am
