This workshop is for parents of children of all ages. The focus of this workshop is not on children’s behaviors but rather a place where parents from all stages can connect and learn. When registering, please specify if you would like to attend the morning or afternoon sessions for the five weeks.

Not feeling as happy as you think you should be? Finding yourself getting frustrated easily? Can't remember the last time you had alone time?

Maintaining balance in your life as a parent AND keeping cool is not easy. It’s easy to miss the signs of parental burnout or to find yourself parenting in an unwanted way. Join me in this five-week virtual workshop where you will have the opportunity to connect with other parents, identify what feels out of balance for you, and learn practical skills that can help you navigate the highs and lows of parenthood.

Over the course of 5 weeks, you will learn to:

Vulnerability and Signs:

Identify emotional vulnerability and signs of burnout as a parent.

Self Care:

Increase your self-esteem and how to practice self-care.

Emotions:

Identify your emotions and their functions.

Parenting Style:

Regulate difficult emotions within yourself that lead to an unwanted parenting style.
