Is or has been enrolled in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program?

If so, then this workshop is for you!

Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn:

Clarify confusion about your loved one's emotions.

Communicate and set healthy limits.

Better understand and respond to intense emotional experiences.

Respond to problematic behaviors

Improve your own self-care and manage your stress.
