DBT Essentials Skils Group

Meeting virtually on Mondays from 12 - 1pm. May 4, 11, 18 and June 1.
This group is a 4-week commitment for individuals ages 18

This group is right for you if you:

Our DBT Skills Group is a focused, stand-alone program designed to teach the essential skills
from each core Dialectical Behavior Therapy module in a practical, accessible format.

Adult participants do not need to be enrolled in a DBT program to attend and are welcome to continue working with their current individual therapist while participating in the group.

  • Are feeling overwhelmed by stress,
    anxiety, or emotional ups and downs

  • Seek structured, short-term support (4
    weeks) with clear, actionable skills

  • Currently are in individual therapy and
    want to enhance your work with
    additional skills training

  • Are curious about DBT and want an
    introduction to its core modules

  • Are looking to increase mindfulness,
    emotional awareness, and day-to-day
    coping strategies
