What do you specialize in or focus on in mental health treatment? I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with whom struggle understanding and regulating their emotions.  My focus during early treatment is to gain understanding of my client’s life experiences and their impact on their mental health. With this information, we work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that will help my client achieve their goals in therapy.

What do you do in your free time? During my free time, I enjoy taking long walks, watching my favorite tv shows, and reading.
