What do you specialize in or focus on in mental health treatment?
My therapeutic emphasis revolves around fostering the growth and healing of individuals. As a therapist, I am dedicated to understanding the unique aspects of each person while also considering their broader environment. Building a strong rapport is a priority for me, ensuring that clients feel both heard and safe during our interactions. Additionally, I am committed to destigmatizing the act of seeking and receiving help within the therapeutic process.

What do you do in your free time?
During my free time, I take silent moments to read a romance novel or sit back and watch a sitcom. Trying new restaurants and getting to know different cultures through food is something I enjoy quite a lot. This year, I would like to make it a point to travel to three new locations and explore what’s out there.
